Overview

Operators can mount and laminate digital prints and apply application tape to any flat surface, banner, table, flat furniture, PMMA up to thicknesses of 60mm. Can be ordered in customized dimensions. The pressure roller has 10mm thick soft silicon coating to guarantee the bubble free application. The pressure roller is controllable from both sides. The heated roller and electric bridge drive functions ensure high quality lamination.

The pneumatic system uses FESTO parts. The pressure of the roller can be adjusted within a wide range by the pneumatic controllers. High durability paint in varieties of RAL colours. The castors with brakes allow the table to be easily moved or fixed in position. The manual height adjustment feature enables users to adjust table height within 15 cm and level the table on uneven surfaces.

Features

Working Surface

MDF and glass working surface both ensure a good solution for cutting and applying layers on different materials with different thickness.

LED Lighting

The table is equipped with powerful but economical LED lighting. The LED provides an excellent and even light on the surface.

Electric Control

The pressure roller is controllable from both sides with electrical buttons which allows the height of the rubber roller to be adjusted. The maximum material thickness is 60mm.
