Lydia provides a range of key customer services, assisting with account queries, sales and trade print orders and ensuring jobs are delivered by co-ordinating with production and warehousing and keeping customers informed about delivery.
She also assists co-ordinates service appointment by our Technicians for regular printer check ups or for emergency call outs. So if you need help tracking, managing a job once it's entered the Jetmark system, give Lydia a call – she'll be able to answer your query or director you to the appropriate Jetmark Team member.
