He is also a key member of our installation team, ensuring that when you purchase a new printer or any technical equipment from Jetmark that it is setup correctly for optimal use. Phil also undertakes assessments of printers offered for trade-in. and consequently
In addition to these hands on roles, Phil also provides phone support helping customers trouble-shoot technical issues or providing advise on how to mitigate problems until servicing can be undertaken.
Phil is a highly experienced professional across a wide range of machinery types and brands, with excellent knowledge about inks, media and materials you can be sure he'll provide you with insightful advise and provide outstanding service.
